Immersed in Nature II — Original Mixed Media Painting

A unique mixed media and collage painting that invites the living, breathing energy of the natural world into your space. The second piece in the Immersed in Nature series — each one a deeply felt exploration of presence, sensation, and belonging in nature.

Immersing myself in nature, really being present, using all my senses, feeling the wind on my face, and smelling the plants and earth, helps me to feel grounded and supported.

I look to nature not only as a friend and teacher, but also as a place where I can connect with something greater than myself. I have infused the emotions and qualities of being in nature in this series.
