Shipping Policy

Original Paintings — UK

Original paintings are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being received. All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery. UK delivery is typically next working day once dispatched, though please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

Original Paintings — International

I do ship original paintings internationally. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and sent via a tracked and insured service (such as Parcelforce). Delivery times will vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Prints (Paper & Canvas)

All prints are made to order and printed individually once your order is placed.

Production time: Prints normally take 1–2 business days to produce, and up to 4–5 business days during busy periods, before being handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK and Europe — 2–5 business days
  • United States and Canada — 3–7 business days
  • Australia — 4–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow for production time on top of the delivery estimate to calculate your total order-to-doorstep timeframe. An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.

Prints are produced at the facility closest to you, so they typically travel a short distance. Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately at no extra cost.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Customs and import duties: Orders produced and delivered within the same country do not incur customs fees. International shipments may be subject to duties or import taxes set by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order has not arrived within 2–3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and I will look into it for you.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order, as production begins quickly and address changes may not always be possible.
